The SQ-84-V2 is a push-pull in triode mode class AB integrated amplifier. It uses little global feedback. The 4 6V6 output tubes are self biased . 2- 6F2 / 6U8 act as input stage and drive stage at the same time and provided voltage gain and drives the 6V6 output tubes (one matched pair per channel). The 6V6s are transformer-coupled to the load. The SQ-84-V2 also has a headphone Jack switch that automatically disconnects the speakers and turns the unit into a wonderful tube headphone amp...
